The Role: Early Years Educator
As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role within a committed and enthusiastic team. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will help to nurture a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere where every child feels supported and valued.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
* Observing and assessing children’s development, recording progress and milestones
* Building strong relationships with children and parents, maintaining clear and open communication
* Ensuring a safe, clean, and hygienic environment at all times
* Supporting children’s emotional wellbeing and offering comfort and reassurance when needed
* Collaborating with team members to create a dynamic and inspiring learning space

Candidate Requirements
We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring individual who meets the following criteria:
* Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
* Prior experience in a nursery or childcare setting (preferred)
* Solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its practical application
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development

* Full-time position: Monday to Friday
* Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
