GBR Recruitment are working in partnership with a fantastic residential care service provider that supports adults with learning disabilities through residential care, day services, and a close-knit community. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Registered Manager / Registered Manager designate, or a Senior Care worker seeking to move up into a RM role (the client will offer the training, support and mentoring). This role is a key part of our clients care leadership team and offers a supported transition into the Registered Manager position. You will work closely with the care senior team to lead and develop high-quality residential care services, contribute to service improvement (CI) and uphold our clients Christian ethos at the heart of all they do.
