Overview
We are looking for someone who can build long‑term internal and client‑related projects. In your first year you will add value by serving as a subject‑matter expert in institutional asset management, client onboarding, regulatory complexities, and internal process improvements.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
* Act as the point of contact for institutional client requests, ensuring the best service possible.
* Manage large cash flows and coordinate complex reporting requirements for clients.
* Onboard new accounts using the appropriate processes and procedures.
* Maintain institutional fund vehicles by coordinating with custodians, internal teams, and global regulatory bodies.
* Create, develop, document, and implement workflows and process improvements for international institutional investors.
* Document non‑standard operational issues typical of accounts trading in international markets.
Additional Role Highlights
Product Governance Manager – London: Lead the product governance process across all products, ensuring compliance with the highest standards.
Underwriting Team Manager: Manage a team of underwriters and origination personnel, including workflow development and quality assurance.
Finance Data Analyst: Track, analyse, and report the performance of institutional assets and other unique trading operations.
Senior PFI Operations Manager: Oversee total FM delivery across a large PFI contract in the Colchester area.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
* 2‑3 years professional experience in the financial services industry.
* Familiar with securities, financial markets and institutional account types.
* Experience with customer/client service and project management.
* Ability to adjust workload based on priority and passion for process improvements.
* Professional, responsible, accountable, detail‑oriented and motivated.
