About the Role
The Holiday Inn Bolton are seeking an experienced and motivated Front of House Hotel Manager to lead our reception and guest services team. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring smooth day-to-day front of house operations, and maintaining high standards across all guest-facing areas of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all front of house operations, including reception,, and guest services
Lead, train, and motivate the front of house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling enquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes
Monitor room availability, reservations, and occupancy levels in coordination with other departments
Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service at all times
Implement and uphold hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
Manage staffing levels, rotas, and performance reviews
Ensure compliance with health & safety and security procedures
Produce reports and support senior management with operational planning
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in a front of house or hotel management role
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Experience with hotel management systems (PMS) preferred
Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
