Maintenance Engineer (Plant)
Carbon60 are proud to be partnering with Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services to recruit for a Maintenance Engineer within the Maintenance & Facilities department. Lufthansa Technik are a global leading provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for the civil aviation industry.
This Maintenance Engineer position is on a permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion. In this role the primary responsibility is to ensure the maintenance and repair of all plant equipment and facility areas, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and safety.
Role Responsibilities will include:
* Maintain and repair all equipment and facility areas to agreed standard, with the ability to identify detailed faults.
* Complete daily checks to machines and equipment, including statuary checks, within skills capabilities and skills approvals.
* To work shift and provide out of hour call in support.
* Identify spares required in proactive timescales.
* All duties shall be undertaken in compliance with Safety, Environmental Regulations and Company procedures.
* An awareness and understanding of responsibilities outlined in the Company's environmental procedures.
Skills and Experience required:
