What youll be doing as Customer Engagement Manager:
You will be joining an experienced team who make looking after their clients the number 1 priority! You will take responsibility for creating positive relationships with customers by serving as their primary point of contact. Retention and satisfaction is the ultimate goal!
Your key responsibilities:
* Responding to enquiries and concerns
* Arranging regular reviews and advising the most effective approach to achieve their goals
* Managing relationship between business and customers handling contracts, licencing, quotes, processing jobs and orders and approving time sheets for invoicing
* Identifying expansion and other contract opportunities
* Ensuring realistic expectations, providing clear guidance on what can be delivered, and when it can be delivered
* Ensuring regular contact with every customer
* Retaining commercial ownership of projects and attends steering meetings as appropriate
