Role: Site Agent Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 Car/Allowance Package Location: Birmingham Start Date: As soon as possible Reporting to: Project Manager THE SITE AGENT ROLE Major projects come few and far between, highways development has slumped in the last couple of years but this project is a critical part of the black country highway network. The Site Agent will come in at the ECI phase quickly developing into main build works. The project is a multi-year project and will provide relief to several A-roads, its a busy junction with a value in excess of £30Million, but its a project you can look back on and know you've made a massive contribution to the area. Experience in similar projects is desirable here, you'll come from a background of delivering projects with many moving parts. THE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SITE AGENT Programme development Site setup Manage contractor and subcontractor relationships Overseeing HSEQ and management of along with team Follows QA procedures Makes sure Temp Works Register is in place and updated Notifies issues on-site of any programme, contractural or commercial issues with relevent teams.
