Sales Administrator Location: South Manchester Sector: Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-time We are excited to be partnering with a thriving manufacturing business in South Manchester to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process customer orders and purchase orders using ERP systems (SAP, LN, Infor) Prepare and issue quotations, pricing, and order confirmations Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking Manage warehouse receipts, stock reconciliations, and returns Maintain and update sales logs, compile sales reports and performance statistics Support marketing efforts by compiling and distributing information to prospective clients To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven experience in a similar order processing or administrative role Mandatory experience with ERP systems such as SAP, LN, or Infor Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal Strong communication and telephone skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong organisational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy A proactive, task-driven approach with the ability to prioritise effectively Benefits Package: 28 days holiday per year 8 days bank holiday (January - December).
