Role scope:
* Leadership role emphasizing BD, sales, and client relationship management (approx. 70%) with some delivery (30%)
* Part of a growing brand, a senior sell and deliver position without hard sales targets
* High visibility in a small, people-oriented firm, with impact and leadership opportunities
* Covering global markets with a focus on PMA strategy
Ideal profile:
* Life Sciences MSc or PhD/scientific background preferred
* 10+ years in consulting or Pharma (pipeline strategy, BD&L, market access & pricing, forecasting)
* Expertise in primary research methods
* Interest in Corporate Strategy/Commercial Market Access (less HEOR/Value communication)
* London-based or able to travel to London 1-2 times/month
* Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to contribute to a growing team
