3. Raise and manage purchase orders and invoices using company software.
4. Respond to general customer queries and inbound calls; follow up on leads from the CRM.
5. Liaise effectively with drivers, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth logistical operations.
6. Maintain internal filing systems, document control, and ensure processes are followed.
7. Provide timely waste and compliance reports to the site manager and relevant departments.
8. Liaise with environmental agencies and uphold compliance with all relevant waste regulations.
9. Support ad hoc administrative duties as required by the site management team.
The Successful Applicant
10. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and administrative systems.
11. Highly organised and capable of working independently.
12. Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
