The Role You’ll work closely with the General Manager to help lead a busy, premium hospitality operation where standards are high, but the environment is supportive, fun, and people-focused. You’ll be: • Leading from the floor and setting the tone for service • Inspiring, coaching, and developing a close-knit FOH team • Creating a welcoming, polished guest experience every shift • Supporting recruitment, training, and team culture • Driving standards across food, drinks, and overall presentation • Taking ownership of the business in the GM’s absence This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment but still understands the importance of personality, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality.
