We're looking for a proactive and data-driven specialist in Paid Media to support the execution and optimisation of multi-channel digital campaigns, focusing primarily with Meta Ads. You'll play a key role in driving customer acquisition, increasing product visibility, and delivering measurable revenue growth.

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day execution and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on paid social channels
Create, launch and analyse Meta Ad campaigns
Build, test, and refine audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and efficiency
Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and industry best practices
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI
Work closely with internal marketing and ecommerce teams to align campaign strategies
Use tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and platform dashboards to inform decisions
Share insights and performance data to support wider business objectives
Skills & Experience
Experience in digital advertising, ideally within an ecommerce or B2C environment
Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
Experience using reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets
