CHEF DE PARTIE – SUMMER SEASON
Location: Hotel & Restaurant Venue near Oban, Argyll & Bute
Major Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client based near Oban, Argyll & Bute, who are currently seeking a Chef de Partie for their busy summer season.
Set in a beautiful, remote location next to a stunning Lochside, this is a great opportunity for an experienced chef to contribute to a well-established kitchen team during a busy summer period.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with the existing menu.
2. Assist in the development of new menu items and daily specials.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen stations.
4. Supervise and support junior kitchen staff, ensuring high standards are upheld.
5. Monitor food stock levels and assist with ordering when necessary.
6. Ensure full compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.
Requirements:
7. Previous experience in a similar Chef de Partie role.
8. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
9. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
10. A genuine passion for food and quality.
