About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to support students in both one-to-one and small group settings. You'll help create an inclusive, engaging learning environment and provide vital academic and emotional support to pupils across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
