The successful Litigation Solicitor will be handling a broad caseload of contentious probate litigation from instruction to resolution.THE CANDIDATE:You will have a minimum of 2 years PQE in dealing with a range of commercial and civil litigation matters. Experience is contentious probate desired, and any additional experience in property or commercial matters would be advantageous. With a proven ability to manage a mixed caseload with minimal supervision, you will be able to demonstrate strong communication, negotiation and client care skills.THE FIRM:A regional firm with a strong reputation for quality client service offering a friendly and collaborative working culture.
