Role Overview As a Facilities Manager, you will take ownership of facilities services across the main office in Staines. You will ensure that all workplaces are safe, compliant, cost-effective, and welcoming, providing the right environment for staff, visitors, and contractors. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. From managing health and safety compliance and overseeing hard and soft facilities contracts, to leading office fit-outs, relocations, and flexible working arrangements, you will play a key part in creating an efficient, high-quality workplace.
