As a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be at the forefront of recruiting exceptional candidates across multiple functions and regions, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to fulfill urgent hiring needs. Your expertise will help ensure project continuity and support the company’s growth during a critical period of workload expansion.
Responsibilities
* Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and regions to fulfill urgent hiring needs.
* Partner closely with senior stakeholders to align hiring plans with project timelines and business goals.
* Support R&D, Tech Ops, Quality, and Commercial functions with sourcing and selection activities.
* Operate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple roles simultaneously.
* Utilize an ATS (e.g., Workday) and other sourcing tools to manage candidate pipelines and process efficiency.
Required Skills
* Recent hands-on Talent Acquisition experience, actively managing full-cycle recruiting.
* Proven ability to recruit directly for pharma companies; experience in an internal TA role is essential.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering closely with internal teams.
* Ability to recruit across multiple functions including R&D, Tech Ops, Quality, and Commercial, preferably on an international scale.
* Comfortable supporting a variety of roles within a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with Workday or similar ATS systems is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills and a flexible, adaptable mindset.
Nice To Have Skills
* Previous experience recruiting in multiple geographical regions.
* Ideally experience working directly for a pharma organization.
* Additional HR or talent sourcing certifications.
Preferred Education And Experience
* Relevant experience in talent acquisition within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
* While experience length is flexible, candidates with 3–10 years of hands-on TA experience are ideal.
Other Requirements
* Ability to work remotely within the UK.
* Availability to start immediately.
