People Technology Analyst
Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking a People Technology Analyst to support the effective operation, maintenance, and optimisation of their people platforms within the People & Culture (P&C) function.
This position plays a key role in ensuring their HR technology landscape is robust, efficient, and designed to deliver a seamless experience for employees, managers, and P&C teams. The role supports the organisation’s ambition to deliver digitised, high‑quality people processes across recruitment, onboarding, people administration, and data management.
Job Description
The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across P&C, technology partners, and AMS teams to maintain system stability, enhance functionality, and support data integrity and security. You will help ensure systems fully support modern, digitised people processes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Day‑to‑day administration of core people systems, including SAP SuccessFactors.
* Configure and maintain Position Management and support Employee Central activities.
* Liaise with AMS colleagues to coordinate configuration changes, permission updates, and enhancements.
* Manage system upgrades, releases, and testing cycles with group colleagues.
* Prepare data import templates and support bulk data loads.
* Provide second‑line system user support, resolving incidents in line with SLAs and escalating where required.
* Analyse people processes to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and digital improvement.
* Maintain data integrity, troubleshoot data issues, and collaborate with People Analytics teams.
Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Position Management and Employee Central.
* Proven ability to problem‑solve and troubleshoot complex system or data issues.
* Experience using an IT ticketing system (Jira desirable but not essential).
* Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Good understanding of core HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll.
* Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail, with a commitment to data quality.
* Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non‑technical users.
