Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for: Processing and verifying 30-40 supplier invoices per day, from £100 to £100k. Matching invoices and preparing weekly payment runs. Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries. Supporting month-end close, compliance checks, and audits. Being a key point of contact for suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. What you will need: Previous experience in a similar role, such as Accounts Payable Clerk / Purchase Ledger Clerk / Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant Strong Excel skills (pivot tables as a minimum) Great time management – able to keep on top of deadlines A relaxed, approachable personality that fits a sociable team What you will get: £35,000 full-time equivalent (£21,000 pro rata) Flexible working hours - core hours 09:00/09:30 – 13:00/12:30 Part-time hours, 22.5 hours per week across 5 days Great pension – 9% 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with Christmas shutdown (pro rata) Sports massages Free, onsite parking Good public transport links If you would like to find out more about this role, please apply with your CV or LinkedIn PDF.
