Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant – Up to £550 per week – Immediate Start

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting students with a variety of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
* Assisting teachers in adapting lessons and strategies to meet the psychological and learning needs of students
* Providing 1:1 or small group support to help students understand key concepts and engage with their studies
* Encouraging students to develop essential social and emotional skills to enhance their learning experience
* Assisting with behaviour management and promoting positive mental health and well-being
* Collaborating with the SENCO and teaching staff to implement individual learning plans and monitor student progress
* Using psychological techniques to help students build confidence, resilience, and academic success
* Promoting an inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and valued
What We’re Looking For:
* A 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology or a related field
* A genuine passion for psychology and helping students with SEN
* Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts and support students effectively
* Patience, empathy, and flexibility to meet the individual needs of each student
* Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable, but not essential
* A proactive attitude and eagerness to make a positive impact on students’ academic and emotional development
* An interest in pursuing a career in psychology, education, or SEN support
