The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced New City Eats Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations in our college restaurant. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering high standards of service while supporting student development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage bookings and coordinate larger events with the General Manager.
* Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
* Respond to customer feedback and complaints constructively.
* Promote a culture of customer service and continuous improvement.
* Support sales initiatives and maximise up-selling opportunities.
Who You Are:
You will bring recent experience in the hospitality industry, demonstrating strong leadership and delegation skills. With excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines, you are confident working independently and taking initiative. Your flexible approach allows you to adapt to evening and weekend shifts, and you are committed to promoting equality, diversity, safeguarding, and ongoing professional development. As an effective communicator, you work collaboratively with colleagues and students to maintain a high standard of service and teamwork.
