Housing Accommodation Officer needed in Maidenhead Paying £20.16 per hr ref 000B 1E10 / 1
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the allocation (letting) of temporary accommodation to eligible households.
* Oversee tenancy and property management, ensuring accommodation is safe, compliant, and suitable for occupation.
* Carry out property inspections and respond promptly to any issues or maintenance concerns.
* Liaise with tenants, internal teams, and external partners to resolve housing-related matters.
* Support residents to sustain their accommodation and understand their responsibilities.
* Ensure the effective collection of accommodation charges and assist with arrears management where required.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
