About the Family
This single dad of three is dedicated, hands-on, and wants the nanny to be an integral part of their lives. You'll be working collaboratively with him to ensure everything runs smoothly for his three children. Due to the nature of dads work the family need a nanny who be can flexible on the days of the week they require you to work and can offer a guaranteed number of hours around the nanny up to 40 per week which will usually be around 4 full days with some weekend work.
Here is a typical schedule - Monday 12pm-9pm
Tuesday 12pm-6pm
Thursday 1pm-8pm
Friday 3pm-9pm
Saturday 10-6pm or 12pm-8pm ( only 3 Saturdays a month) occasional Sundays
Two football-mad boys, aged 13 and 9, who love all things sports and are always up for a game or activity.
A talented little gymnast and dancer, aged 5, who brings her fun,creativity and energy into every room she enters.
With dads demanding job and the children's packed schedules, your role will be pivotal in keeping this busy household ticking along effortlessly.
What You'll Be Doing:
Childcare Duties:
School runs and driving the children to football matches, dance classes, and other activities.
Supporting the kids with their homework and being there for them during downtime.
Household Support:
Organising laundry, meal prep, and light tidying while the children are at school (don't worry the family also has a cleaner!).
Helping maintain a calm, organised environment.
The Role:
Hours: 40 hours per week, to include some weekends. Notice will be given in advance of the weekly schedule.
Salary: £18 -20 gross per hour, (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP.
The Ideal Nanny:
Experienced with children of similar ages (minimum of 3 years in a nanny or comparable role).
Flexible to adapt to a busy family's changing needs.
Holds a full, clean UK driving licence and is confident driving.
Has a valid 12-hour paediatric first aid certificate (within the last 3 years).
Is DBS checked with an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply through the agency).
Looking for a long-term position to provide stability and consistency.
