As a Technology Adoption Advisor at Mills & Reeve, play a key role in helping our people get the very best from technology. The role As part of the Technology Adoption Team, you'll support and champion the successful adoption of new and existing technology solutions across the firm. Your role will be pivotal in driving the successful integration and adoption of technology solutions within the firm. Working closely with colleagues across the business, your contribution will directly support both the Technology Adoption roadmap and the firm's wider strategy. The activities You will design and deliver engaging, high‑quality learning experiences that equip our internal clients with the IT skills and confidence they need to adopt technology and deliver outstanding service. Deliver engaging technology training and onboarding support to users across the firm. Create and maintain clear, high‑quality training materials and resources. Provide responsive deskside, virtual and service‑desk support to address user needs. Assess training effectiveness, identify skills gaps and recommend improvements. Promote adoption of new and existing technology to improve efficiency and client service, working closely with colleagues across the business. The person Strong technical capability combined with excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain emerging technologies to a wide and varied audience. Confident, self‑motivated and adaptable, with the ability to learn, adopt and teach new technologies effectively. Committed to continuous professional development and staying up to date with evolving technology, including Microsoft platforms and tools. Empathetic and user‑focused, able to tailor training and support to suit different levels of technical knowledge and learning styles.
