Role Description
The Customer Relations Manager is a full-time, remote role. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires coordination with various departments to provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues. Additionally, the Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer interactions, tracking service quality, and implementing customer service policies to improve overall experiences.
