What the Job Involves This role involves providing drafting services for various commercial property matters, including Wayleave, Leases, Lease extensions, and Disposals. The position also covers certain housing matters such as Right to Buy, Shared Ownership, Acquisition, and Lease Extensions. You will work closely with the Principal Property Solicitor and receive assistance from the Legal Assistant, who primarily focuses on housing issues. You will be required to work from the office once a week, including attending a monthly team meeting, with flexible attendance days as discussed with the Principal Property Solicitor.
