Job description:
– Leigh – Temporary. Monday to Friday, approx 37.5 hours p/w. £13.00 .
We are currently supporting our client who are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. Duties will include:
Daily duties will include:
1. Inputting purchase orders, quotations and material invoices
2. Setting up hard copies and digital site files
3. Making and receiving calls
4. Updating the company records on in house systems
5. Filing, scanning and copying
6. Assisting with any ad-hoc admin duties as required
Previous administration experience is essential for this position and you must be available for an immediate start if selected.
