Our client, based near Bury St Edmunds, is looking for a Part Time Office Administrator to join their team. This is an ongoing, temporary role, and is for 4 days per week. The Office Administrator will need to be happy in a varied role and willing to learn various areas of the business administration so that all areas can be supported when required. Responsibilities may include: * Diary management * Coordinating travel arrangements * Managing room and hot desk booking system. * Managing stationery supplies. * Setting up purchase orders. * Managing document approvals. * Ad hoc duties as required.
