Temporary Customer Service Advisors
Location: Ferndown
Start Date: Wednesday 7th April
Contract Length: 6 Weeks (possible extension thereafter)
Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8am–3pm (30 hours per week)
We're looking for 10 articulate and professional Customer Service Advisors to support a fast-paced medical booking service in Ferndown. You'll be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, handling high call volumes and ensuring accurate, timely data entry. This is a temporary 6-week role with potential for extension or hybrid/remote working options after the initial period.
Role Summary
Take inbound calls for medical appointment bookings (GP, Dentist, Physio, etc.)
Handle 80–100 calls per day with empathy and efficiency
Accurately input notes into a CRM system
Maintain professional, clear and articulate communication at all times
Strong written ability is essential for data entry and CRM updates
