Your Role in Building Brighter Futures
As a Site facilities Assistant at Woolvavinton School, you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura’s mission: “Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish.”

As Senior Site Assistant, You Will Be Responsible For:
Ensuring the safety, security, and cleanliness of the school site.
Carrying out minor maintenance and supervising contractors.
Managing deliveries, site tidiness, and emergency responses.
Supporting external lettings, events, and car park management.
Operating heating systems and implementing energy conservation policies.
What You’ll Bring to Futura
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Site facilities Assistant who:
Has basic literacy and numeracy skills (essential).
Brings experience in DIY, caretaking, or premises management.
Demonstrates excellent practical skills and a proactive approach.
Communicates effectively and works well independently and as part of a team.
Is committed to safeguarding, equality, and continuous professional development.

Hours: 15 hours to be worked 3 hours a day some flexibility around hours
