Line Chef Position
Our Line Chefs are responsible for producing all menu items efficiently and consistently. This role reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and is part of a team based at our attractive hotel in London Gatwick.
Line Chef duties include:
* Cooking food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other methods according to recipes and standards.
* Facilitating special requests from guests.
* Managing wastage through correct product measurement.
* Adhering to all kitchen SOPs at all times.
* Setting up and stocking food items and supplies.
Beyond cooking, you'll represent our company values and culture, ensuring service excellence remains our top priority.
Other titles for this role may include Prep Cook, Line Cook, Commis Chef, or Chef de Partie.

What You’ll Bring
An ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook, or Prep Cook is preferred. Knowledge of industry best practices and Basic Food Safety is essential.
