The Team
Join our dynamic Group Financial Reporting team, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring easyJet's financial reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant with all regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with senior management, external auditors, and various departments across the organisation to deliver high-quality financial and non-financial reporting.
The Role
As our Senior Finance Manager for Group Financial Reporting, you'll take the lead on:
Overseeing the preparation and delivery of easyJet's Annual Report and Accounts, half-year disclosures, and interim reporting
Managing the end-to-end statutory accounting process for all relevant subsidiaries
Owning the non-financial reporting agenda, with a focus on sustainability metrics and carbon emissions
Implementing new reporting standards, including CSRD and IFRS S1 and S2
Building and maintaining strong relationships with external auditors and internal stakeholders
Leading and developing a talented team of finance professionals
Requirements of the Role
What we're looking for:
A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA/CA or equivalent)
Proven experience in IFRS and statutory reporting for large, listed UK PLCs
Strong technical accounting skills and sound judgement
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience in subsidiary accounting and compliance
A proactive approach to understanding evolving reporting requirements
Leadership skills to inspire and develop team members
Ability to drive change and create a continuous improvement environment
Intellectual curiosity and a passion for sustainability reporting

Practicalities
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
