Position
Customer Advisor – Part Time, 20 hours per week, 3 month fixed term contract.
Location: B&Q Bolton.
Hours: Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 10.00pm.
Compensation: UK Notional hourly rate £13.10 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
* Be an expert customer advisor, guiding customers on home improvement projects.
* Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
* Manage stock, set up displays and keep the store appearance excellent.
* Assist with sales and other retail duties as required.
* Participate in product training such as paint mixing and timber cutting.
Qualifications & Skills
* Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic about helping customers.
* Strong team player with flexibility to work a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
* Desire to learn new technology and adapt to new ways of working.
* Basic retail or customer service experience is advantageous.
