I'm seeking someone with a proven background in the construction industry, ideally with experience in specialist design management. You’ll be responsible for leading design activities, overseeing the design process, producing and managing design programmes, and working closely with internal designers and external design teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate projects alongside our senior design manager and support site teams with design-related matters.
* Lead the design process with clients and project teams.
* Develop and monitor design programmes to ensure key deadlines are met.
Skills & Experience
* Experience with CAD design.
* Background in design management within the construction sector.
* Competence in both 2D and 3D modelling is desirable.
* Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Full UK driving license and flexibility to visit project sites when necessary.
