We are seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Readiness Manager to join our Sky Small Business Broadband team during an exciting phase of growth and evolution. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our sales operations are fully prepared for success by fostering strong cross‑departmental collaboration, providing creative input, and demonstrating a relentless determination to navigate and simplify complex challenges. Your work will directly support the channel’s expansion, helping to shape the future of our business as we continue to evolve and grow.
What you’ll do:
* Establish a solid understanding of the sales operation in both direct and indirect RTMS, ensuring rational prioritisation and maximising influence support mechanisms.
* Lead and support delivery of a wide variety of change projects and implementations, ensuring robustness of multiple projects on Sky’s evolution roadmap along with ad‑hoc projects.
* Ensure the success and smooth delivery of regular BAU change such as offer changes, huddle packs/support materials, and system changes.
* Support the growth of the Indirect sales channel throughout onboarding, launch, and in‑life as and when required.
* Work closely with marketing teams to maximise impact of campaigns, including but not limited to creatives, SMS/WhatsApp templates, flash sales, and campaign analysis.
* Foster design processes to ensure business processes are endorsed by support functions such as legal, quality & compliance, and system support.
