Summary of the Internal Sales Executive Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Location: Northampton Type of Contract: permanent Hours: 37.5 hour working week Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Executive Act as the first point of contact for incoming customer enquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent service and support. Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales calls and lead follow-ups. Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate record-keeping in the CRM system. Collaborate closely with colleagues across Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Support account management and assist with reporting on sales performance. Requirements for a successful Internal Sales Executive Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally in B2B environments. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships. Organised and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities. Confident using CRM and Microsoft Office applications. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
