We are looking for an experienced and professional FM Account Manager to join ICH Services and support our growing client portfolio across the UK.
The Role
In this role, you will manage allocated client accounts and ensure service agreements are delivered to a high standard. You will work closely with clients, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to build strong relationships, resolve issues quickly, and keep services running smoothly.
You will also manage remedial works from quotation through to completion. Alongside this, you will track account performance and keep invoicing and supplier records accurate and up to date. In addition, you will support engineers with back-office coordination and help maintain day-to-day service delivery.
Because this is a client-facing and commercial role, you will need strong communication, organisation, and commercial awareness. You will manage multiple priorities, attend client meetings, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders. You will also look for opportunities to grow existing accounts and support wider business development.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing day-to-day operations across allocated client accounts
* Ensuring service agreements are delivered in full and on time
* Preparing and managing quotations for remedial works
* Overseeing quoted works through to completion
* Supporting and coordinating the contract support team
* Attending review meetings with clients
* Building strong working relationships with client stakeholders
* Managing Profit and Loss performance across accounts
* Supporting business development within existing client accounts
* Following company procurement procedures when sourcing goods and services
* Reviewing and authorising supplier invoices
* Ensuring client invoicing remains accurate and up to date
* Providing back-office support to engineers
* Following ISO45001, ISO9001, and ISO14001 standards
To apply, you should have previous experience within Facilities Management or a similar account management role. You must also have strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to communicate professionally with both clients and colleagues.
This role offers stable, long-term employment within a growing national business, ongoing training opportunities, and the chance to develop your career within a supportive and professional team environment.
