Job Summary
We're seeking a Sales Support Administrator to provide essential backup to our sales patient coordination team. You'll ensure the smooth running of the sales process by managing admin tasks, supporting coordinators, and keeping our systems and patient records up to date. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organised, and enjoys being the backbone of a busy, high-performing sales team.
Duties
* Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to enquiries and addressing concerns promptly.
* Manage and update CRM systems with patient details and enquiry notes.
* Ensure smooth handovers between sales, surgeons, and aftercare teams.
* Answer basic patient queries and direct them to the right coordinator.
* Handle documents, forms, and scheduling tasks with accuracy.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales environment.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* A team player who is also capable of working independently when required.
