Associate Director – Evidence Generation
📍 Location: London, UK or Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)
About the Role
SRG is hiring for an Associate Director of Evidence Generation — an exceptional opportunity for a scientific leader to shape how evidence drives global healthcare decisions.
In this role, you’ll design and deliver Real-World Evidence (RWE) and non-interventional studies that influence access, adoption, and patient outcomes. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to generate impactful, fit‑for‑purpose data that supports the full lifecycle of innovative medicines.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and execution of non‑interventional and real‑world evidence studies in alignment with Integrated Evidence Plans.
* Develop study concepts, protocols, analysis plans, and reports; contribute to scientific publications and conference presentations.
* Ensure scientific rigor and relevance in evidence strategies, study design, and data interpretation.
* Partner with internal teams, key opinion leaders (KOLs), patient groups, and advisory boards to deliver robust evidence outcomes.
* Represent the organization in external collaborations and study steering committees, promoting transparency and innovation.
* Champion advanced data science and novel research methodologies to enhance evidence generation.
* Keep abreast of regulatory and industry developments in Real‑World Evidence (RWE) and observational research.
What You’ll Bring
* Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, or related discipline (PhD, PharmD, MD, MSc); MBA preferred.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, academic, or healthcare settings focused on evidence generation or RWE.
* Strong knowledge of observational study design, epidemiology, and data interpretation.
* Proven ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
* Experience working in cross‑functional global environments.
* Excellent collaboration, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
