We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent insurance broker, seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Lines Insurance Broker specialising in High Net Worth (HNW) clients. The successful candidate will focus on house, car, and travel insurance, bringing a strong background in traditional brokerage. A proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through referrals is essential. Please note that applications from candidates without prior insurance experience will not be considered.
In this role, you will manage a blend of new business and renewals, working closely with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions that meet their specific needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular reviews to ensure that clients’ insurance plans continue to align with their evolving requirements. You’ll be representing the company with professionalism and confidence, engaging with clients directly and at networking events.
The ideal candidate will join a dynamic, forward-thinking team that effectively combines traditional values with modern practices, utilising a paperless system and the Acturis platform to streamline operations. This role is perfect for someone with ambition, looking to take control of their career and make a significant impact within the business. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as you will be the face of the company in various client-facing situations.
The role offers a salary of £30, – £45,, depending on experience, along with a team performance bonus. The position is Monday to Friday, 9-5, with on-site parking available, as well as street parking nearby if needed. The company also provides ongoing support for professional development, including a passing bonus for those who achieve their exams on the first attempt.
