About the Role

Role Responsibilities
1. Lead on the delivery of Health T level programmes, ensuring curriculum relevance, industry alignment, and excellent learning experiences.
2. Provide strong academic and pastoral support to students, including those with EHCPs or ALS needs, and actively support progression to higher education or employment.
3. Embrace and implement digital learning technologies to enhance teaching, assessment, and student engagement, while sharing best practices across the team.
4. Monitor and support student performance, attendance, and behaviour; contribute to interviews, inductions, parental engagement, and safeguarding procedures.
5. Oversee quality assurance processes, including curriculum reviews, assessment preparation, and compliance with awarding body and college standards.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to manage course documentation, maintain accurate records on college platforms (e.g. SharePoint), and contribute to a culture of celebration and excellence.
Qualifications
7. Appropriate degree or equivalent/relevant vocational qualification or commitment to work towards.
8. Teacher qualification or commitment to work towards
9. Assessor Awards or commitment to work towards within first year
10. Level 2 English and maths qualification
11. Up to date Continuous Professional Development
12. Essential Skills & Experience
13. Successful experience of delivering high quality provision in FE or your health related field
14. Evidence of collecting and acting upon data analysis
15. Experience of implementing a range of delivery methods to suit a variety of learning needs.
16. Appropriate industry relevant experience
