We are seeking a motivated and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the letting of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for the property market.
Duties
* Conduct viewings of properties and provide detailed information to potential buyers and tenants.
* Negotiate rental agreements while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends and developments.
* Manage administrative tasks including preparing contracts, updating listings, and maintaining client records.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
* Utilise marketing strategies to promote properties effectively across various platforms.

Requirements
* Proven administrative experience in lettings environment is preferred.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.

* Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00- 17:30 and every other Saturday 9-15:00, you get a day in lieu if you work a Saturday.
