As an Administration and Enrolment Apprentice, your main responsibility will be to ensure the seamless enrolment and processing of apprenticeship learners. Your role is to provide a support function to the teams when required, carrying out data cleansing activity for learners who are on programme and issuing certificates (both electronically and hardcopy) to all learners.
You will be based out of the Sheffield office 2 days per week, with the remaining 3 days working from home. You will be completing your Level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration.
Whilst we can’t promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be:
- Support learners to complete Initial Assessments.
- Processing of the learner onto the ILR (Individualised Learner Record), including accurate data input covering Enrolment and In Learning Activity
- Supporting the Enrolment Support Team with any learner transfers that may come on board to ensure minimal impact to ‘business as usual’.
- Collaborative working with sales and the delivery team to ensure smooth transition through each stage of the learner journey.
- Calling learners and supporting them, where required, with both Enrolment and Certification queries.
- Responsible for the ‘end to end’ certification process for electronic and hardcopy certificates.

About You - You will have a proven customer driven background – essential
- Training sector experience – highly desirable but not essential
- The ability to work from home.
- Be an honest and genuine team member
- Able to work together as part of a team, as well as on your own
- Be willing to learn and achieve your Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship.
