We are currently looking for a Carpenter/Multi Trade to work on a social housing contract in the Chesterfield area. This role is working in void properties, on a self-employed, on-going contract. The Carpenter/Multi Trade will be carrying out: 2nd fix joinery such as fitting internal doors, skirting boards and architraves Kitchen fitting/repairs Basic Plumbing Patch plastering Tiling Painting For this Carpenter/Multi Trade role you will need: Social housing experience Full UK driving license Your own transport NVQ or City and Guild in any relevant trade In return, the Carpenter/Multi Trade will get: £18 per hour (CIS payments available) Use of company van & fuel card during working hours Long term contract Weekly pay ASAP start If you're interested in this Carpenter/Multi Trade role, then please apply online or call Alex on 0121 790 0986.
