A growing Design & Build consultancy is looking to appoint a Project Manager to support the delivery of residential retrofit, energy efficiency and decarbonisation projects.
This is not a desk-based compliance role.
This is a delivery-focused position where you will take ownership of projects from planning and mobilisation through to installation, completion and handover.
Projects include
* Whole‑house retrofit programmes
* Residential refurbishment works
* Loft conversions
* Extensions
* Commercial‑to‑residential conversions
* Air Source Heat Pump installations
* Solar PV and renewable technologies
* Fabric improvement programmes
* Energy efficiency upgrades
You'll work closely with clients, residents, subcontractors, site teams, designers and technical specialists to ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard.
The Role
* Managing multiple residential construction and retrofit projects simultaneously
* Coordinating contractors, subcontractors and specialist installation teams
* Managing project programmes, budgets and delivery milestones
* Conducting site visits and quality inspections
* Managing stakeholder and resident relationships
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely and compliantly
* Supporting project reporting, risk management and issue resolution
* Driving project performance from mobilisation through to completion

Experience in any of the following would be particularly beneficial:
* PAS2035
* Domestic retrofit programmes
* SHDF, ECO or Warm Homes projects
* Social housing projects
* Air Source Heat Pumps
* Energy efficiency measures
* Occupied residential properties
Requirements
* Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Ability to attend the office regularly as part of a hybrid working arrangement
