Role Details: Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire Hours: Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only Sponsorship: This role does not offer sponsorship About the Role: As an SEN Teacher, you will: Deliver high-quality teaching and effectively use resources to raise learning standards and achievements across the student body, working closely with the Headteacher Teach a variety of subjects within the secondary curriculum, with flexibility to support areas beyond your main specialism when needed Take on additional responsibilities as agreed with the Headteacher to ensure smooth and effective curriculum delivery Support the learning, personal development, and well-being of all students General Responsibilities: Safeguard and promote the welfare of pupils at all times Adhere to professional standards, statutory requirements, and school policies Assist with the day-to-day administration and organisation of the school Take ownership of specific areas of responsibility, reviewed annually through performance management Undertake any additional duties as required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
