You are the first face and first conversation visitors to Wellesley Hospital in Wellington will experience. Your warm and friendly personality will shine through as you greet and assist staff, visitors, and service users.
What you will be doing
In this exciting role at Wellesley Hospital, a service for mental health, each day brings different challenges and experiences. Working alongside the reception team, your key responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming all visitors in a friendly manner and ensuring they sign the visitor book.
* Maintaining the upkeep of the reception area and meeting rooms to ensure they are presentable.
* Managing the office diary for meetings, events, training days, and therapy sessions.
* Ensuring confidentiality and security of the service.
* Receiving and dealing with telephone calls, emails, and post.
* Performing ad hoc administration tasks.
* Ensuring all appropriate leaflets and brochures are on display.
* Managing deliveries.
Previous experience & skills
* Computer skills
* Communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional, confident, and diplomatic demeanor
* GCSE English Language Grade C or above
* Efficient and enthusiastic approach
* Understanding of confidentiality and security
