What You’ll Do As a Lead Cable Hand, you’ll: Lead cable installation teams in Installation, Earthing, and Testing Be the main point of contact on site for cable installation Carry out toolbox talks and daily briefings with your team Proactively identify safety concerns and scope changes, raising with the site manager Mentor less experienced members of the team What We’re Looking For - Electrical 3 Years’ experience in installing cables Experience leading cable gangs in a supervisory capacity Experience installing HV cables advantageous Worked on large scale electrical installations previously SSSTS training would be beneficial but not necessary Full UK driving license & Right to Work in the UK What’s in It for You?
