Our client, an international bank, are looking for a Relationship Manager, Client Services to be responsible for management of their private banking function, devising, implementing and providing input into the customer relationship management strategy. You will strategically and operationally manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. You will serve as a point of contact for assigned clients, monitor client accounts and build strong client relationships. The successful candidate will ideally have a degree in business management, or similar qualification with a well-established network and track record in Guernsey to aid in client acquisition and world-class client service. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge in relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice to relevant stakeholders. Previous experience with working with high-net-worth clients, financial products and a relevant qualification. This position is a full-time role, however flexible hours will be considered.
