Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Haverfordwest. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key tasks include driving sales, developing new business opportunities, mentoring and training team members, and managing property listings and viewings. The role also involves ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining the company’s reputation for high-quality service.
